I began in property management in 2002. Moving through onsite field roles, into staffing, and eventually realizing I had a passion for wanting to better understand recruiting. Specifically in being a part of making the connection between a corporation and the employees that make their culture thrive. That's when I found Olympus Property, where I became their Talent Acquisition Specialist. After developing and implementing processes and best practices, I was introduced into the Talent Acquisition Manager role. I feel a great deal of fulfillment being in property management and enjoy the development process for talent acquisitions, the interview stages, and recruitment marketing. Over the years, I have developed a large and loyal networking base of trusted advisors and industry colleagues. I believe in 'hiring right' and putting employer branding first. Employer Branding goes hand-in-hand with sourcing, finding talent, and creating an internal community built upon a dedicated workforce.
